We provide two different grease cartridge types to our customers

• improved 400g grease cartridges with pull-off bottom according to DIN 1284 that we manufacture with a variety of lid versions
• 500g grease cartridges with screw cap fitting to 500g grease guns and to the Reiner system, so it’s your choice. Benefit from the convenient and proven pull-off system. Or rely on the screw cap in the Reiner system.

Moreover, Eurokartuschen offers a full range of services around grease cartridges for commercial filling companies. With many years’ experience and expertise, we advise you about printing processes, tailored print images, order processing and logistics. Our employees will be pleased to help you.

ALUMIUNIUM SCREW CANS

The Screw Can takes things one step further. With its patented, directly-integrated screw closure head, it becomes a packaging unit from a single cast without any seams. ALUMIUNIUM TUBES

The tube is an invaluable form for packaging: unbreakable, lightweight, and versatile. It protects its contents from light, moisture and contamination. Additionally, the product can be delivered or dosed to suit the application. Various shapes, colours, and prints give it a stylish look. The aluminium tube is the perfect choice for Health Care, pharmaceutical and new product technology applications. We offer sterilisation by gamma and X-ray radiation as well as packaging for clean room usage (Laminar Flow).

AEROSOL CANS

The Aerosol Can has proven to be very reliable and easy to use. It works with compressed gas or other environmentally-friendly propellants. Individual shapes ensure an ergonomic and comfortable feel. With the addition of various valve combinations, it can deliver product in a targeted area – whether narrow or broad. Special lithography and paints provide unlimited design possibilities.

ALUMINIUM CAPS & LIDS

Our offer includes threaded caps and lids made of aluminium or galvanised steel, available in wide range of sizes. They can be manufactured according to standard design or on special clients’ request. All our manufactured caps and lids are suitable for glass, plastic and aluminium bottles and jars. All our products can be additionally decorated by dyeing, printing or embossing.

ALUMINIUM JARS

Aluminium, as an ecological, durable and repeatedly recycled material, is perfect for the production of small containers and jars used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry. In our offer you will find a wide range of jars and containers, both with a screw cap and a “click” closure. All our products can be additionally decorated by dyeing, printing or embossing.

OTHER ALUMINIUM CONTAINERS

Our offer also includes packaging used in the production of make-up cosmetics, candles, used for loose products with dosing or unusual can-in-can packaging. All our products can be additionally decorated by dyeing, printing or embossing.
